Kevin Hinkamper
Managing Director
Kevin is the Managing Director of Portfolio Operations at Highland Rim Capital. In his role he works directly with management teams, serving as a key advisor and operating partner.
Prior to joining Highland Rim, Kevin served as the CEO of Valiant Architectural Millwork, a commercial manufacturer of custom architectural millwork in the health care, education, and corporate sectors. He earlier served as the CEO of Gared Performance Sports Systems, a manufacturer of innovative institutional sports equipment, and as the CEO of Van Pool Transportation, a service provider of special and paratransit transportation. In these roles he partnered with Gen Cap America, Fort Point Capital, and Audax Private Equity.
Kevin began his career as a Naval Aviator. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
