At Highland Rim Capital we have a shared passion for elevating lower middle market businesses in partnership with highly talented management teams to make a tangible impact on the businesses, and people, in which we invest.

Our partners have over 60 years of combined private equity experience and have been investing together since 2008. Alongside management, we apply the experience and knowledge that our team has developed over time to add value and infuse energy into our businesses.
